At 97% AFUE, about 97% of the gas the furnace burns turns into usable heat and roughly 3% is lost. If you're replacing an older 80% furnace, that's a real efficiency gain over a long heating season, though your actual dollar savings depend on your home's size and insulation — we size and quote it for your specific house rather than promising a number.

What sizes does the Prestige Comfort 97 come in?

It's available in 45,000, 70,000, 90,000 and 110,000 BTU/h heat inputs. Bigger isn't automatically better — an oversized furnace short-cycles and heats unevenly, so we do a heat-load calculation based on your home's square footage, windows and insulation before recommending a size.

Is this furnace eligible for an Ontario rebate?

No. Rebate programs currently apply to heat pumps and heat-pump water heaters, not standard gas furnaces, so the Prestige Comfort 97 doesn't qualify.

What's covered under warranty?

The heat exchanger carries a limited-lifetime warranty and parts carry a 10-year limited warranty, but the lifetime coverage requires the unit to be registered after install — we handle that as part of the job.

How is this different from the Kepler Essential One 96?
