The tank itself, professional installation, removal of your old tank, and all repairs and maintenance for the life of the lease. There is no upfront cost, no service fee, and no credit check. The $24.99 is the headline rate — HST is added on top.

Is this a rental or a lease-to-own?

It runs through the Enbridge Sustain lease-to-own program, backed by Enbridge Gas. You pay monthly, and at the end of the term the tank is yours — unlike a traditional rental where you pay forever and never own anything.

I already rent from Reliance or Enercare. Can I switch?

In most cases, yes. Depending on the age of your current tank there may be a buyout on your existing rental contract — we check that for you before anything is signed, so you know the full picture. Many Toronto homeowners pay $35–$50 a month on older rental agreements.

Do I need good credit to qualify?

No credit check is required. The Sustain program is underwritten against the home, not the person — if you own the home, you qualify.

What if I sell my house?

The lease transfers to the new owner. You do not pay it out when you list, and the buyer inherits the same monthly rate.

Can I buy out the lease early?

Yes. The early buyout is the full equipment price in Year 1 and declines each year after. We walk through the exact buyout schedule before you sign anything.

How fast can you install?

Most installs happen within a few days of the assessment, and same-week is typical across Toronto and the inner GTA. If your current tank is leaking, call us — we treat no-hot-water as a priority.
